Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent advises Pono Technologies on a fundraising

PONO TECHNOLOGIES RAISED FUNDS OF 3 MILLION EUROS, OPENING UP ITS SHARE CAPITAL TO NEW INVESTORS

French fintech created in 2019, Pono Technologies is a Saas solution, the purpose of which is to facilitate the establishment and monitoring of financing guarantees and thus, access to bank loans for companies. The tool thus makes it possible to optimize risk management but also to gain in productivity for the implementation of guarantees.

Co-directed by Ladislas Manset et Arthur Bertin, Pono Technologies raised 3 million euros mainly from Newfund, 115K, Kima Ventures and historical investors.

This fundraising will allow to accelerate the development of Pono Technologies, to grow its customer portfolio and to continue to improve its product, to extend its activity to the international market.
