GINESTIÉ MAGELLAN PALEY-VINCENT ADVISES THE LINCOLN GROUP ON THE ACQUISITION OF A MAJORITY SHAREHOLDING IN THE EXECUTIVE NETWORK, A DUTCH EXECUTIVE SEARCH COMPANY

Lincoln, member of The Talent Club of Companies, finalized the merger operation with The Executive Network, bringing together the companies The Executive Network, Tenea and Whyz Executive Search, leading consulting firm supporting general management and boards of directors in the Netherlands

This majority stake acquisition allows Lincoln to accelerate its development and growth ininternational. From now on, the turnover of the Lincoln group will be achieved for more than half internationally. 

The operation represents for Lincoln the culmination of its third investment in over the past two years, after those carried out in Digital Jobs in France, and in Cooper Fitch in Dubai last June.
