  • providing support during the preparation and implementation of projects such as the creation or sale of companies, mergers or joint ventures, as well as restructuring or downsizing projects; 
  • advising on the relations with employees (employment contracts, international mobility, commission plans, employee savings plans, discrimination and harassment, illness and occupational accidents, dismissals and negotiated departures, settlement agreements, etc.);
  • advising on the relations with employee representatives (professional elections, consultation of the Economic and Social Committee, negotiations with trade unions, redundancy plans, internal regulations, etc.);
  • carrying out audits in the context of mergers and acquisitions;
  • management of individual and collective disputes before all competent courts in France, as well as before the labor administration and social organizations
  • providing training in labour law.

We also advise and assist employees, and especially managers and executives. 

We work in both French and English on all these matters.
