Vybe has finalized a new fundraising, amounting to € 2,4 million, opening its share capital to new investors.
French neobank created in 2019, Vybe is dedicated to Generation Z and aims to meet the needs of young people in search of an establishment capable of understanding and meeting them. It mainly targets young people with the objective of supporting them in their financial education.
Co-founded and co-directed by Canelle Chokron, Maxence Cornet, Alexandre Pidault and Vincent Jouanne (CEO), all Generation Z, Vybe was quickly joined by renowned FinTech professionals and investors.
This fundraising intends to accelerate the development of Vybe and make it the leading French neobank of the new generation.
François Lefort, partner of the firm Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent supports Vybe since its creation. During this new operation, he again advised her on all legal aspects with Simon Peyssard, associate lawyer.

Partner since 2015, François Lefort has spent most of his career with Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, which he joined in 2007 as a junior associate, after an inter-bar exchange in Poland.
He then joined Bignon Lebray & Associés in 2011 before returning to Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent as Counsel.
