Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent advises the Elan Nature group on the acquisition of the Queues de Cerises group.
The Elan Nature group, operator of organic supermarkets under the Pimlico brand, has finalized theacquisition of the Queues de Cerises group, to accelerate its development.
The Élan Nature group is one of main independent market players in the distribution of products from organic farming and eco-responsible industry in Île-de-France.
The operation represents a significant expansion of the group, and allows it to extend its activity to three new stores in Île-de-France.
