Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent advises the Elan Nature group on the acquisition of the Queues de Cerises group.

The Elan Nature group, operator of organic supermarkets under the Pimlico brand, has finalized theacquisition of the Queues de Cerises group, to accelerate its development.

The Élan Nature group is one of main independent market players in the distribution of products from organic farming and eco-responsible industry in Île-de-France.

The operation represents a significant expansion of the group, and allows it to extend its activity to three new stores in Île-de-France. Charles Baillet, Chairman of the group says to himself " very happy and proud of this merger between two historical and independent brands, for whom the promotion of our terroir, the organic sector and its actors represents a major social challenge »
