Establishment of two financing for Etam: Brigitte Berdugo advises the group on corporate and tax aspects

Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent et From Pardieu Brocas Maffei advised the ETAM group on the setting up of two financings in favor of the ETAM group for a total amount of two hundred and sixty million euros, which may be increased to two hundred and ninety million euros with a banking pool led by Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Natixis and Société Générale.

The first financing concerns the real estate division of the group over a period of seven years. The second consists of a revolving credit facility, over a period of five years that can be extended to seven years and the purpose of which is to finance the general needs and external growth of the group's operational division.

The ETAM group was advised by the firm Ginestie Magellan Paley-Vincent with Brigitte Berdugo (partner) on corporate and tax aspects and by the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, whose team was made up of Sébastien Boullier de Branche (partner) for financing aspects.

The banking pool was advised by the Hogan Lovells firm, whose team was made up of Michel Quéré (partner) assisted by Sophie Lok (counsel), Stéphanie Bigo and Louis Reynold de Seresin (collaborators).
