The group Orion Energies, founded and managed by Augustin and Hadrien Clément-Fromentel, is a major French player in the photovoltaic energy sector, specializing in the development, installation and operation of large-scale photovoltaic solar power plants in France and abroad.

Weinberg Capital Partners, via its WCP Impact Dev #1 fund, has just taken a minority stake in the capital of Orion Energies as part of the acceleration of its development. This fundraising will in particular make it possible to intensify the development of Orion Energies around four fundamental commitments: proximity to territories, integrity at the heart of actions, collective energy and daily agility.

Supporting the Orion Energies group in its development, François Devedjian, associate lawyer, Fabienne Kerebel, counsel lawyer and Simon Peyssard, a lawyer, once again advised its managers on the occasion of this fundraising.

Weinberg Capital Parners was advised by Yards with Igor Doumenc, partner and Julien Brouwer, counsel.
