THE SOURCES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We generally obtain your personal data directly from you and, on occasion, from certain third parties such as recruitment agencies or other service providers who participate in our recruitment and selection processes and help us to carry them out. As part of our recruitment and candidate management processes, we will need to use your personal data to:

  • conduct pre-employment checks (including determining your work authorization and checking your criminal record and credit, only where permitted by law);

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to process your application and for the purposes for which it was.

We may continue to hold information about you and your application(s) after the application process is complete, for a legitimate purpose, including to:

  • manage any questions or disputes relating to a request you have made;
  • contact you about career opportunities.

We will delete or anonymize your information when we no longer need it. However, we may continue to store anonymous statistical information that does not identify you.

This will not prejudice any future application you may wish to submit.

YOUR DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS

You have a number of rights protected by the Regulations:

  • The right of access: you can exercise your right of access, to know the personal data that your employer has on you in accordance with art. 15 GDPR.
  • The right of rectification: if the personal data held by your employer is inaccurate, you can request the modification of the data as provided for in art. 16 GDPR;
  • The right to deletion of data: you can request the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with (applicable data protection laws) Art. 17 GDPR;
  • The right to limit processing: you can object to your data being processed in accordance with the assumptions provided for in art. 18 GDPR.
  • The right to oppose the processing of data: you can oppose the processing of your data in accordance with the assumptions provided for in art. 21 GDPR;
  • The right of recourse: if you believe that your rights are not respected, as provided for in art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
  • Right to be represented: When filing a complaint, the data subject has the right to be represented by an independent non-profit organization according to Art. 24 GDPR.
