The Health Law Department from Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent supports and advises healthcare stakeholders (private and hospital doctors and other health professionals), private and public health establishments, pharmaceutical, medical and veterinary biology laboratories, professional orders, health repatriation companies, innovative start-ups, humanitarian associations, in the structuring of their professional activity and its follow-up, la negotiation of their contracts of exercise in compliance with ethics, their telemedicine and e-health projects as well as in the management of their possible conflicts and their transactional, judicial or disciplinary consequences.

The Health Law department also ensures the defense of these health actors and patients in the context of complex litigation involving the medical liability, at the civil, administrative and penal level, ethics, social insurance litigation, before all jurisdictions, as well as before the Conciliation and Compensation Commissions (CCI).

To meet the needs of its clients in this rapidly evolving sector, the Health Law department is diversifying its activity and strengthens its corporate expertise, in collaboration with the firm's corporate department, supporting its clients in the development of their exercise structure, the negotiation of their cooperation contracts and their public / private partnerships (GCS, GIE), their restructuring and consolidation, in particular by medical imaging, while maintaining their defense in litigation related to their professional activity.

With the support of the firm's Compliance & RGPD team, the Health Law department also supports its clients in the implementation of their obligations in terms of protection of health data.

To consolidate the diversity of its offer in this department created by Catherine Paley-Vincent, the firm Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent has promoted Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin as counsel and recruited Charlotte Paillet as an associate. 

Lawyer at Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent since 2011, Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin was promoted to counsel within the Health team of Catherine Paley-Vincent.

She has developed expertise in advising and assisting health professionals, both to legally structure their activity and negotiate their contracts and partnerships, and to ensure their civil, disciplinary and criminal defense, in the context of litigation, in connection with their professional activity.

She also supports healthcare players on all regulatory and ethical aspects of their activity, in order to prevent their legal risks.

Charlotte Paillet, employee, completes the Health team, alongside Catherine Paley-Vincent, partner, Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin, counsel and Lea Manche, employee particularly specialized in the compensation of bodily injury. 

Graduated from a Master 2 in medical and pharmaceutical law from the University of Aix-en-Provence, the practice of Charlotte Paillet is geared towards advising and assisting healthcare professionals, in particular for setting up and monitoring their practice structures, disciplinary litigation and medical liability litigation.
