A member of the Paris bar since 2015, Julie Ebran joined Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent in 2019 before being promoted to counsel in April 2023.

François Devedjian, Chairman of the firm, recalls that Julie Ebran has solid expertise in labor law, acquired in 2010 within the trade union confederation CFE-CGC, then from 2014 within the Anglo-Saxon firm Olswang LLP ( became CMS), in London and Paris. It was from 2016 that she joined Nicolas Lepetit, partner in the social law department”.

Julie Ebran advises companies of all sizes on a daily basis (from VSEs to listed companies) in the conduct of their social relations with employees and staff representatives.

She assists her clients in particular on large-scale and/or sensitive operations such as reorganization or workforce reduction projects, or during investigations after denunciation of acts of harassment; she represents them before various jurisdictions.

Julie Ebran also advises and assists employees encountering professional difficulties, through negotiations or challenges to the termination of their employment contract.

Her experience gives her an increased knowledge of the sectors in which she regularly intervenes, including, among others, the digital professions, engineering, telecoms and metallurgy.

Resolutely internationally oriented and with a strong professional experience in a London office, Julie Ebran advises her international interlocutors with pragmatism.

“Also, I see this promotion as a mark of strong confidence that is part of our common development project, and in particular at the service of our international customers”.
