Prior to joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent as partner, Emmanuel Schulte was a partner at Bersay & Associés for 14 years, in charge of the Antitrust and IT teams. He was before a partner within the Antitrust and EU team of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.

Emmanuel started his activity in 1990 in Brussels, within the Antitrust and EU law team of Jeantet Associés (Alliance of European Lawyers). He was then seconded to the Hungarian State Property Agency in charge of privatisations in Budapest (APVRt), before joining the Antitrust and EU law team of Moquet Borde & Associés (now Paul Hastings).

Graduated from the University Paris II Panthéon Assas (Master in Business and Tax Law, DEA in Business Law and Economic Law) and the College of Bruges (High European Legal Studies).

Publications : Author for 7 years of the Franchise, IP & Antitrust and Licensing chapters for France published by Getting the Deal Through.

Author of the chapter for France of the International e-Discovery handbook, published par Globe Law and Business/Legalink (2018).

Other professional activities, commitments and distinctions  :
Member of the French Association for the Study of Competition (AFEC).
