Within the firm Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, she now works with private and public players in all sectors of activity, such as insurance, audiovisual, renewable energies or the hotel industry.

Florence Schlegel's knowledge of how businesses operate and their needs legal and operational support for the implementation of regulations relating to the fight against corruption, money laundering and participation in due diligence during acquisition operations.

With her team, she is also involved inimproving corporate data protection (GDPR, digital law, cyber-security, cyber-protection) thus enabling companies to protect their tangible and intangible assets, their technology and therefore their competitiveness on the market.

Florence Schlegel is a member of the scientific committee of the new Revue Compliances and is a member of the Bureau of the Open Commission for Business Ethics of the Paris Bar.

Florence Schlegel holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD (2014), an LLM (Master of Laws) in European Legal Studies specializing in competition law (University of Exeter - Great Britain - 1995) and a DEA / Master 2 in private law.

She became Legal Director and Compliance officer of the Arkema group, a group listed on the SBF 120 and one of the world leaders in specialty chemicals in 2010. Florence finally joined the SONEPAR group, world leader in the distribution of electrical equipment in 2013 as a member. of the COMEX and Secretary General in charge in particular of legal affairs and Compliance before joining Cabinet Ginestié.
