Announcement Internship 2024: Social law
The Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent firm is looking for his next intern in the social law department for the 1st semester 2024.
A law firm located in Paris 16, Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent offers a tailor-made service to the clients it supports by adapting to human, but also technological, challenges in a constantly changing world.
The social law center, that is made of two partners, a counsel and a collaborator, intervenes in all areas of labor law, criminal labor law, administrative labor law and social security law, in a national and international context.
Team members deal with issues relating to both individual and collective relationships, in advice and litigation, in all sectors of activity.
The team has keen to train their next intern, whose missions will be in particular the following:
Legal research;
Participation in the drafting of acts (conclusions, employment contracts, transactions, etc.);
Participation in the drafting of consultations;
Presence at hearings in Ile-de-France;
Participation in audits.
Good command of English is appreciated.
This internship is an opportunity for any motivated candidate with a minimum Master 2 level in social law to join a dynamic department within an independent French firm and to discover the professional practice of lawyers in social law.
