Yves Ardaillou and Emmanuel Schulte, partners, Martine Georges-Naïm, of counsel join the firm

GINESTIÉ MAGELLAN PALEY-VINCENT strengthens its expertise in Corporate, Private-Equity, Litigation / Arbitration, Competition, Economic Law, IT and Regulation / Electronic Communications with the arrivals ofYves Ardaillou (Corporate / Litigation / Arbitration) Emmanuel Schulte (Competition / Economic Law / IT) as partners, and Martine Georges-Naim (Regulation / Electronic communications) as Of-counsel.

They are accompanied by three collaborators, Christopher Minnich, senior lawyer at the New York Bar (Corporate), Amélie Simeon (Litigation / Arbitration) and Marianne Carbonnel (Economic Law, Litigation).

About :

Previously, Yves Ardaillou worked at Jeantet & Associés in the Paris and New York offices then was a partner for 19 years at Bersay & Associés.

Starting his activity as a lawyer in 1990 in Brussels within the competition and community law team of Jeantet Associés (Alliance of European Lawyers), Emmanuel Schulte was subsequently seconded to the Hungarian Privatization agency in Budapest before joining the competition and community law team at Moquet Borde & Associés (now Paul Hastings).
He was subsequently a partner in the competition and community law team at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, then developed this activity for 14 years at Bersay & Associés.
