At a time when gynecologists are being called into question for acts committed in the context of their practice, the health commission of the Paris Bar wanted to question the legal qualification covered by gynecological and obstetrical violence in favor of the project. research carried out since 2019 by Anne Simon and Elsa Supiot, associate researchers at the Sorbonne's Institute of Legal and Philosophical Sciences, the conclusions of which will be known in 2023.
