While the practice of teleconsultations has grown significantly during the Covid-19 health crisis, its use remains limited in community medicine and raises questions about its effectiveness and regulation. Following the publication of the Court of Auditors' report, this article takes stock of the evolution of the regulatory framework linked to the emergence of teleconsultation companies, which could well take a central place in the organization of healthcare in France.
