Internship announcement 2024: Litigation

The Business Litigation team of Cabinet Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent is looking for an intern for the first half of 1.

The opportunity for any motivated candidate with a minimum Master 2 level in litigation / business law to join a dynamic department within an independent French firm and to discover the litigation practice of business law.

Our trainees have for main missions:
• Conducting research on legal issues responding to specific practical situations, in commercial/civil procedure, arbitration, conciliation/meditation in French law as well as in international law and/or comparative law;
• The drafting of draft deeds, consultations or legal notes;
• Preparation for hearings, etc.

A very good command of English is essential.
