Operation : Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent advised Nippon soda, a Japanese industrial conglomerate specializing in chemicals, agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, in connection with the sale of the Alkaline group and in particular of its subsidiary MSSA, the world leader in the production of sodium metal, to International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG).

MSSA is the world's leading producer of purified sodium metal, specialty alkali metals and related chemicals. It is a global supplier for sophisticated pharmaceutical and industrial applications. MSSA was bought in 2011 by the Japanese company Nippon Soda.

Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent's team was made up of Yves Ardaillou (Associated), Christopher Minnich (Senior Associate) and Nicolas Lepetit (Partner) for labor law aspects, with the Japanese firm TMI as correspondent.
