ADMITTED TO THE PARIS BAR IN 2000, VIRGINIE MOLHO IS COUNSEL IN THE FIRM SINCE 2020
Virginie has significant expertise in sports law, enabling her to assist clients in the sports industry with all types of legal issues in commercial law, corporate law, the law of associations and labour law as applied to sport:
- assistance in the structuring of sports groups,
- drafting and negotiation of sponsorship contracts, naming of sports venues,
- disputes between federations and licensees and/or leagues and sports clubs,
- assistance before sports bodies,
- dealing with issues relating to the image of athletes, athletes' employment contracts, doping, etc.
Virginie has specialist knowledge of the emerging law applicable to the new esport industry and has advised a number of clients in this sector (obtaining approval to employ professional video game players, employment contracts of professional players or esport managers, organization of video game competitions).
Virginie also advises international clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions and on all aspects of commercial law.
Prior to joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, Virginie Molho practiced for 20 years at Reinhart Marville Torre as an associate in sports law, commercial law and mergers and acquisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Virginie Molho graduated with a DESS in business law from the University of Paris V, René Descartes and the Institute of Comparative Law in Paris II Panthéon Assas.
