Announcement Internship 2024: Health Law
The firm is looking for an intern for the 2nd semester for its Health Law and Regulated Professions department.
Our department works with health actors, and in particular health professionals and medical biology laboratories, both to legally structure their activity and negotiate their contracts and partnerships with health establishments, and to ensure their civil, disciplinary and criminal, in the context of litigation, in connection with their professional activity.
He also assists members of regulated professions (notaries and lawyers in particular), in the management of their conflicts (pre-litigation and litigation).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be integrated into the Health Law and Regulated Professions team which will be attentive to your training.
You will work in close collaboration with the two partners and the two collaborators of the department.
You will be fully involved in the life of the team and in the processing of files both in advice and in litigation (research of case law and doctrine, drafting of consultations and legal acts, strategy) and will be brought ( e) to attend client meetings and hearings.
You will carry out legal news monitoring and will also participate in the writing of current health articles.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Trainee lawyer with preferably a master's degree in health law or private law
- Spoken English
Qualities sought:
- Ability to work in an environment requiring strong reactivity and great rigor
- Availability, flexibility and autonomy
- Good writing skills
- A first experience in a law firm would be a plus.
Duration of the internship: 6 months
Starting date: July or September 2024
Level of English required: Fluent
