Ginestié Paley-Vincent advises Teleperformance SE on its takeover bid for Majorel
Teleperformance SE, a global leader in next-generation business services, has committed to launching a public purchase and exchange offer for 100% of Majorel shares, for a total amount of 3 billion euros, in cash and shares.
The merger of Teleperformance and Majorel, bringing strong operational and strategic synergies, will give rise to a group representing approximately 12 billion in revenue.
