Toulouse Métropole has entrusted a newly created company with the management and operation of the Toulouse Métropole National Interest Market and the last mile logistics zone (MIN) in the form of a public service delegation. The financing of this project was arranged by the Caisse d'Epargne de Midi-Pyrénées which also acted as agent and lender, Societe Generale as lender and hedge bank and Natixis as hedge bank.
