The Competition Law & Economic Law team of lawyers works for French and international clients in all areas of economic law.
His expertise covers, in particular in consulting and litigation:
- competition audits associated with M&A transactions
- filing of concentrations with the Autorité de la concurrence and the European Commission, as well as with other national competition authorities in cooperation with our correspondents
- advice and litigation on anti-competitive practices (vertical and horizontal agreements, abuse of a dominant position)
- drafting, and competitive analysis of industrial agreements (supply agreements, specialization agreements, cooperation agreement, technology transfer or R&D agreements)
- establishment and management of distribution networks (exclusive / selective distribution)
- setting up of French and international franchise networks
- assistance in the creation of on-line sales websites and platforms
- assistance in formalizing relationships between suppliers and distributors (annual commercial negotiation)
