Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent advises the MRS Group
In the acquisition of Ascanis

MRS, first French independent stakeholder in catering, just acquired Ascanis Company, located in Lyon (Rhône-Alpes region). Founded in 1999 by Olivier Woille, Arsanis has developed a mass catering activity focused on quality in the Rhône-Alpes region, where it operates 24 restaurants favoring fresh products and reducing food miles.

With the integration of Ascanis within its ranks, the MRS Group, under the leadership of its CEO and Founder, Gilles Terzakou, continues its strategy development and consolidates its presence in the Rhône-Alpes region. This operation contributes to achieving the Group’s growth objectives (+15% per year for the last 5 consecutive years) and notably enables the Group to strengthen regionally its privileged position on ‘well-being and health food’

Again, MRS was advised by the Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent law firm, represented by Madeleine Fabre, associate, and Fabienne Kerebel, counsel.
