Yves Ardaillou is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Masters in International Business Law, DEA in English and North American Business Law) and of the University of Paris V Malakoff (DESS in Juriste d'Affaires Internationales ).
Before joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, Yves Ardaillou worked at Jeantet & Associés in the Paris and New-York offices, then was a partner for 19 years at Bersay & Associés.
