She advises national and international clients in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and stock market law.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND TRAINING
Prior to joining the firm Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, she worked for the American law firm Winston & Strawn (Paris office) within the Corporate / M&A team.
She is graduated from a Master 2 / MBA in Business Law and Management (Université Paris 2 Panthéon – Assas).
