As part of the Corporate team, Rudy Lentini advises clients of listed and non-listed companies in business litigation.
His main cases concern equity litigation and conflicts between partners or with strategic service providers.
He also advises decision-makers on the sale of their company or all or part of their shareholding in their own company or other equity, as well as on the reinvestment of the sale price.
Professional career and training
Rudy Lentini was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris XII (2004). After working as in-house counsel, notably at DPD France (GeoPost Group), he joined the firm in 2012.
Rudy Lentini also holds a Global Executive Master in Management - Finance Major from HEC Paris (2024) and a DEA in Business Law from the University of Paris XII (2004).
Rudy Lentini has been practicing triathlon for several years. He also played rugby for over 20 years. He was a French Federal 2 champion with AC Bobigny Rugby (2001/2002 season).
