Nicolas Lepetit graduated from the University of Paris X (Master in General Private Law, DEA in Labour and Union Law).
Prior to joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, Nicolas Lepetit worked at Legrand Bursztein Beziz, avocats (LBBa) law firm, then worked at Bersay & Associés for more than 10 years and lastly as Of Counsel.
Publications :
Author of several articles, in particular on the use of annual working time packages in days (“forfait-jours”), religion in the workplace and whistle-blowers.
