Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin was admitted to the Paris bar in 2011
Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin has developed expertise in advice and assistance health professionals (doctors, pharmacists, biologists, veterinarians, dental surgeons, midwives), both to legally structure their activity and negotiate their contracts and partnerships with health establishments, and to ensure their civil, disciplinary and criminal defense, in the context of litigation, in connection with their professional activity
She has developed expertise in the development and restructuring of groups of healthcare professionals, particularly in medical imaging and nuclear medicine.
She also assists health actors on all the regulatory and ethical aspects of their activity, in order to prevent their legal risks. In this capacity, she notably advises innovative start-ups that have an activity in the health sector.
Training Professional career:
A graduate of the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin also holds a Master's degree in General Private Law from the University of Nanterre (Paris X), she joined the firm in 2011. She was promoted to counsel in January 2019 then partner in 2022
