A teacher, a scholar and a true business law practitioner since the beginning of his career, Jean-Jacques Daigre has always been ahead of new legal and business techniques.
Over time, he focused his practice towards company deals, bank funding and trades on the stock exchange.
He has also practiced continuously both advising and litigation, arbitration and litigation before independent public bodies (AMF and ACP) in particular.
Jean-Jacques Daigre holds a PHD in law and is a law Professor. He writes regularly for law journals and heads the editorial board of the journal specialized in stock exchange law (Bulletin Joly Bourse).
He is a banking and financial law Professor at la Sorbonne (Paris I).
He took oath in 1972. He is now member of the Paris bar.
