Camille Faour was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019 and joined the Firm in 2020.
After several internships alongside key players in the health sector (Legal Affairs Department of the Assistance publique-Hôpitaux de Paris, Ministry of Health, Public Health Division of the Paris High Court, National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products) and experience within the law firm Houdart & Associés, Camille joined the Health team of Catherine Paley-Vincent and Nathalie Boudet-Gizardin.
ELLE works mainly with healthcare professionals, in cross-disciplinary areas of Law Healthcare, both in advice and litigation.
ELLE supports and advises healthcare professionals in the regulatory and ethical aspects of their activity, with a view to structuring their activities (practice contracts, SEL, SPFPL, SCM, SCP, SISA), and participates in territorial groupings of healthcare players (multi-professional health centers or CPTS), in restructuring projects or hospital cooperation (GCS, GIE, GIP, association, foundation).
She also ensures the defense of health professionals during disputes relating to their activities, in particular before civil, administrative and professional courts (professional conciliation or mediation, regional and national disciplinary chambers, restricted formations of the National Council of the Order of Physicians) and supports them during arbitrations.
It also ensures the defense of individuals and professionals. in the context of disputes over lawyers' fees before the President of the Bar Association or before the First President of the Court of Appeal.
TRAINING PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Camille FAOUR holds a Master 1 in General Public Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master 2 in Health Law from the University of Paris-Est Créteil-Val-de-Marne and a Master 2 in Health, Food and Environmental Safety Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
