Camille Carlier was admitted to the Paris bar in 2022 and joined the firm in 2023.
She mainly has expertise in corporate taxation. She advises French and international groups on numerous aspects of corporate taxation (tax reviews, restructuring, contract taxation, transfer pricing, taxation of tax flows). She also assists them in tax audits and disputes.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND TRAINING
After a final internship in the tax litigation department of Baker McKenzie and a first collaboration within the firm Stehlin & Associés (now Everlaw & Tax), she joined Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent in October 2023.
She graduated from the Grande Ecole Program at emlyon business school, during which she completed an exchange with the East China Normal University in Shanghai.
She subsequently completed her course with the Master 2 “In-depth business law” from the University of Lyon III.
