Agnès Schweitzer’s practice areas include civil and commercial counselling and litigation, as well as her specialization in health law issues such as the regrouping and restructuring of health care facilities, cooperative alliances between public and private health care institutions, establishments operating functional magnetic resonance imaging equipment, contracts between physicians and public and private clinics, consortiums of medical practitioners, auditing of health care institutions, biomedical research contracts, medical deontology, and medical liability.
Since 1998 she has been an instructor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Masters Programme in the Administration and Management of Health Facilities). She has also taught at the University of Paris Sud –Jean-Monnet (post–graduate studies in health law) since 2002.
