Pascal Delclaux has broad experience, developed over more than thirty years of practice, advising listed and non-listed companies in all areas of corporate law. He regularly advises on restructurings, capital increases, employees’ and corporate officers’ shareholdings, share transfers, changes of control, and acquisitions and sales of business assets.
He has a Master’s degree in business law and a Master’s degree in company management (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises).
He started his career at Gatinais & Pariset law firm, then joined Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm where he worked from 1986 to 1992, co-founded Baudel Delclaux Landon & Gélinas in 1992, then joined Simmons & Simmons in 1998.
Pascal Delclaux is in charge of the Corporate law department at Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent since 2004.
