Agathe Lévy-Sebaux specialises in civil litigation, representing both individuals and businesses (contract law, loi Évin).
She works mostly in the areas of family law and the law of persons (French and international divorces, liquidation of matrimonial property), as well as inheritance law (amicable and litigious successions).
She is a member of the Commission Famille (Family Committee) of the ACE association where she hosts workshops.
After receiving a standard training in business law (DEA in business and economics law, University of La Sorbonne, Paris) and passing the Bar exam (December 2001), Agathe Lévy-Sebaux began her professional activity as a lawyer in Gide’s New-York office, under a voluntary service program for graduate students. In 2003, she joined the law firm Coudert Frères in Paris and was hired by L’Oréal, the following year, as in house counsel in the Contracts & Licenses department.
She also taught civil law at the University of La Sorbonne in Paris.
In 2006, she joined Catherine Paley-Vincent’s team as a lawyer and was promoted to Counsel in 2012.
She is fluent in English.
