Civil law and litigation, health law
Agnès Schmitz-Schweitzer specializes in health law. She regularly advises her clients on a variety of matters in this field, including regrouping and restructuring health care establishments, implementing cooperative partnerships between public and private health care institutions, creating entities to operate medical imaging equipment and carry out related functions, negotiating and drafting contracts between physicians and public and private clinics, creating consortiums of medical practitioners, and advising on medical ethics.
Her practice also includes civil and commercial litigation.
She taught health law at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Master’s program in administration and management of health establishments), from 1998 to 2014, and at the University of Paris XI (post-graduate studies in health law), from 2002 to 2014.
She holds post-graduate degrees (D.E.S) in public law and civil law from the University of Paris II – Assas.
Agnès Schmitz-Schweitzer became of Counsel at Ginestié Paley-Vincent in 1998, after having previously practiced in two corporate law firms.
