Charlotte Coblence-Fouqué practises Health Law, in both counsel and litigation before civil, criminal, administrative and medical disciplinary courts.
She advises groups of physicians and health establishments on the organization of their business and social activities.
She regularly represents clients in disputes involving medical liability matters as well as in negotiations out-of-court settlement relating to personal injury claims
She co-authored, with Eytan Ellenberg, Marc Guerrier and Emmanuel Hirsch, of an article published in the European Journal of Palliative Care, Une synthèse juridique de l’euthanasie au niveau européen (EJPC, 2005,12, 2).
Charlotte Coblence-Fouqué holds a Master’s degree in Health Law from the University of Amiens.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2008, started her career at the law firm DMMS et Associés, before joining Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent in 2012, in Catherine Paley-Vincent’s team.
She speaks English.
