Emmanuelle Bismuth acquired an expert practice of cross-border and national financing deals including real estate financing, LBO, project financing and debt restructuring as associate of major international law firms followed by a 2 years period in her own practice.
She also advises her clients in respect of contracts, corporate, real estate, regulatory and all credit matters.
For this purpose she structures, drafts and negotiates contractual documentation governed by French Law and foreign law (such as English law, Luxembourg Law or NY State Law) in cooperation with local counsels.
Emmanuelle Bismuth has a deep expertise of cross-border deals and negotiation. A part of her practice is to coordinate, facilitate, but also set up multidisciplinary and international teams of various counsels including the translation and explanation of French law concepts or practice of foreign affairs to her clients.
Her practice includes corporate and litigation.
She works indifferently in French and in English.
She graduated from the Aix-Marseille III University (Maîtrise de droit international et européen) and Université de Paris X (DESS Juriste Européen (postgraduate degree). She also studied European and International law at the Exeter University (UK).
